Hello all from week 7

Just thought i'd pop in and say hello. I'm on the eve of week 7 and about to go on Marshal Star tomorrow, i'm all packed and ready to go so i had chance to call into th cyber cafe.

Things have gone well so far, our Troop is a strong one and we have only had one opt out and one Medical Discharge.

The only hint i can give to everyone about to do PRMC of start Foundation is TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN,. It will be so much better the fitter you are!

Gotta go now as they'll be kicking me out of the cafe soon.
