A while back I was looking at a book of the worlds special forces. Near the end of the book I found a picture of a bunch of Polish SF in training. They were all holding their AK-74's by the magazine. I couldn't help but laugh at how foolish they looked despite how hard they were trying. Only the Polish!!....and perhaps the French.

Well actually this picture was part of many, in a section desginated to the Polish..which I read (im not one to judge by a picture sorry). Bloody well trained bunch, just an unorthodox way of holding a rifle thats all.

Spetsnaz is as elite as the SAS. I believe their training is very grueling but only lasts for 1hr 30mins or pure hell. 8 Mile run in 45 mins then after that a huge assault course for candidates, also NCO's lob pyro-technics packets under their feet while they are climbing or on a beam or on any thing else, to take psychological and physical pressure to the limit. The last phase is called the "12 minutes of hell," survive 12 minutes with 4 spetsnaz guys but they fight you individually and not gang style. But still you get about 1 minutes rest in between phases, they recruiters are looking for determination of the candidate to beat the shit out of the other guy with his last strength. They pass the people who survive at least 2 and fail on the 3rd or 4th. But still, tough or what???
Forget SEALS and DELTA, I saw a documentary that said all Delta operators ar ethe best shooters in the world and are the most capable force, I laughed me a$$ off!

I haven't seen it in a documentary, and I haven't read it in a book, but your stated opinion's not worth the price of pi$$.KNIFE wrote: Forget SEALS and DELTA, I saw a documentary that said all Delta operators ar ethe best shooters in the world and are the most capable force, I laughed me a$$ off!![]()

sounds like KNIFE may fancy himself as the new CAMTECH. We can only hope not. Your not serious about the training being 90 minutes. What does that achieve?

Well the yanks claim to be th best at everything! OK fine, Delta is Better than the SAS in everyway they can march 400 miles with 200lbs on back without breaking a sweat. But it is true, they are the best in the world because you said so same with Aussie SAS, they can kick our SAS regiments butt anytime day or night! I think I said what you wanted me to say because........... Well I don't bloody know!
