As you may well know ive started the application process to join the RAF regiment as a gunner. I was just wondering if (and what the possibilities are) are of getting a commission to an officer in the regiment. Is it done by selection or can you put yourself forward for it and if so, do you then go to RAF Cramwell for a POAC? (like if you were joining from civvie street?) Also are there any regulations such as need to have completed so many years of service?? any info would be appriciated. Thanks..Podder
