65 next month.
Passed my written no problem, I was then asked when Pancake Day was, I replied that it fell on the same day as Shrove Tuesday, good they said, join the Catering Corps!
Then came the practical test, 'Can you drive?' I was asked, 'yes' I replied, 'good then drive this effing bumper around the floor' came the tart reply, God I thought I was being selected for The Royal Corps of Transport at first.
'Put on this beret, laddie', I did, the RSM said 'can you fly', I replied 'no S'arnt Major', he said 'well laddie the way you are wearing that beret you might as well join the R.A.F.' so I did..................

Im not saying that he is right or not, just saying there are more polite ways of saying some things, other than telling people they are going to be screwed when they are older - alot of the time which is not true.KlinkKlank wrote:He is right mate, training that young is counterproductive. More damage than good.
I would agree; dont train to hard to young, but take a different tone when telling people somethings.
'Nuff said, back to the topic.
