from what i can remeber it started with press ups:bend, stretch, half way up,50 in ur own time, bend, stretch, hold, bend, hold.Did that for about ten mins,....then we had to roll over onto our backs quickly, but it took us about 5 attempts for everyone to do it quick enough, which meant another 100 press ups....when everyone got into postion correctly we had to hold our feet 6 inches in the air for about 15 mins....Then when we thought the madness had stopped,we had to crawl up and down the entire foundation block, the last ten had to do it again! lots of messed up knees and elbows after this.....Next it was racing up an down the block using your hands and feet(like monkeys)...Very tough u could only stop 'racing' after u won ur race.

All in all, must have lasted 45 minutes and defintaly was the hardest thing i ever done....and the reason for why we did it was because someone said 'yes' rather than 'yes cpl' GRRRRRR

all in all it lasted
