no GCSEs to go in as a soldier..
also 2 references, either a school teacher, a personal reference, or someone you've worked for.
They cant be close (girlfriend) or family, they have to have known you for more than a year and you have to have had contact with them within the past 6 months.
If you have been out of school for less than 6 months then all they need is a reference from your school, but put down two good references anyway.
