I'm just Wondering....

Seeing as a lot of members on these forums seem to be either servicemen or ex-servicemen i was wondering...

has anyone ever been to (either on exercise or whatever) A place called Bovington in Dorset?

it's used a lot by the Royal Amroured corps (ive seen a lot of tanks around) but the massive training area is used regularly by Regular Infantry and Royal marine units.
So i was hoping has anyone been there?

Yes, and there is large Museum there that deals just with tanks. You will find it opposite Monkey World.

I never knew about the museum lol. The only experience i have of it is being dumped in the training area and sleeping under a bivvie for a week and getting bugged out at three in the morning evey night.
