They didnt tell us to, if your shoulders and elbows touch then your head if nearly touching anyway and I also thought you were suppost to look forward when doing situps and press ups.

Head, shoulders and elbows must touch floor. I didnt practice the head touch and subsequently had 25 su's docked half way though my reps and told to continue with the proper style. Did shite on them subequently.
Only good thing is now that i have borken my arm and I cant do pu's i am doing loads of su's to compensate for my prmc retry.
PS can anyone recommend good excercises to do now that i have a broken arm?
