My training pattern involves training on week days, with 'active' rest on Wednesday and complete rest on Saturday and Sunday. However, because of this pain in my lower back I've decided to have a rest today, and still have the weekend off. This won't have any effect on my CV will it?
I ask because I've got my PJFT in a few weeks. Though I did do 2 miles in 12:30 on Friday
