non-commisioned and a commisioned. just one of them things that the dictionary confuses the hell out of me with. lol there goes my dream of being in the RAF

ask you afco as i dont know weather this is a commisoned/non-commisioned rank
tasty..all that work and time for it to be in your intray
how many roughly get given a year? maybe a little cermony would be better once a year for all new warrant officers and such like?

As sticky says it is ceremonially pushed through your letter box in a plain cover and a second class stamp.
When I left I had passed my Captains exam and was waiting for my third pip.
Do not believe the rumours that I left just before promotion to avoid a hefty bar bill !!
