Grade Certificates
Hi, i just recently signed up for the navy (got test in 2 weeks) and it seems, i cannot find my Certificates to show my grades anywere, do you think if i got a copy of my grades and some form of letter from my school that will conform what grades i acheved?

I don't think extra certificates can be issued, but the board whcih issued them can confirm your grades to a third party (such as the AFCO I presume) if needed. But it isn't hugely important; during my application the fact that I didn't have the certificates for my A levels wasn't an issue, I think as long as you aren't missing certificates for qualifications mandatory for your application they aren't too worried. Though that doesn't mean to say asking your school wouldn't be a good idea

Just to add to this i had to replace my gcse certificates last year and the general rule is that they will supply a statement of results (as good as a duplicate certificate) or -as mentioned previously in this thread- confirm your results to a third party.
However be aware that the rules change from examining board to examining board, and you'll also have to pay for each statment which costs around £20 if i remember corretly.
