Iv been searching for peoples PJFT times and their ability if you would post a reply with your details on would be very helpful i am unsure what i can do compared with peers so i know what i need to work on and so forth
and theres loads of diffrent posts about heights age n stuff so might b better to ut it all in one.

I dont see the point in comparing ability it only leads to complacency.
It should read willing to give 100% Yes/No.

true, as long as you give 100% you everytime you train you should be more than able bud.
If it aint hurtin it aint worth it
