i did my prmc the other day and your oppo does have his fist on the floor.. you also have to take your top off too.. watch out for corporal morgan he picks up on things like leaning and face touching and hands in pockets.. enjoy the lower field warm up...
i go in on the first week of feb hopefully

what were you gym test 1 scores like?
how quick could you do the 3miler before you went down?

my scores were level 13 on the shuttle run
50 press ups
28 sit ups= shit i know
6 pull ups
i could run three miles in 18.30 minutes before i went down there.. but u have to remember that you have done intense exercise the day before so muscles are really stiff

but the minimum amount for situps is 30?!

sorry i ment 38... they passed me because i put the effort in.. oh yeah i got 3 minutes 12 on the assualt course too

rambo was a lad on your prmc called simon hodson he went through para basic training! he's got fair hair short?????
ex nod was diagnosed with chronic compartment syndrome rejoining eventually.
currently in australia as im traveling the world before i rejoin the marines.

rambo no offence m8 but ur still a civvie u aint a royal marine recruit till your sworn in! so i would change your profile beceause there are ex and serving marines on here who have trained extreemely hard to earn the right to call themselves royal marines
