marine wanna be at medical stage

hello i passed my interview and test and i have my medical on the 21st.

I have been told i will be on prmc after jan the 10th. my fittness is really at an all time low since i hear my foot.

that gives me about 10 weeks i need some advice on how to train i am really determent but quite unfit

at the moment most days i am doing

20x3 press ups
3x3 pull ups
40x3 sit ups

my runing is all over the place but i just got a bike and did about 30 miles in the last 4 days.

i also have a treadmill

How did you go on your interview mate? Any awkward questions.

There was a photo like that (or a webcam) from inside one of the floors that the plane hit. (You would think that the person who took the above photo would have warned the man)

they interview went well. i worn my gf's dads suit which they where really impressive.

at the end he said i am a very likible person, converdent. my knowledge of the corps is 2nd to none, i am movitated and i have great experence (i was marine cadet sargert and a instuctor) and he said his main concern is my fittness and he has put in his report no prmc before jan. also he said ur nearly 20 now get a job there is a waiting list for marines.

a few questions that cought me out where. whats a typical day of your dads work like. and what do u do together.

They also ask why u will be usefull to the marines.

the corps question wherent hard to me but before they asked how much the wage was which caught me out and what ships i could server on

he also said he is conferdent i will make it but the ball is in my cort
