EDIT : sry but this is a reply to another post names "How LONG

well, since i 1st filled in my application form took 2 month so far, and i have a 6 month waiting list, and just my phyisical to do.
It all depends what trade you are going for, each one has differnt waiting times......
I aint to sure about joping as an ordinary sailor, i think they give them a name nowerdays, like operator mechanic or summut.. go on RN website and check it out
