Well i havent half gotten my self into a hole...
My mates cumming up from CTC and i agreed to goto the gym...he then changed it into a nice 5 mile run to the gym:| shame he's in hunter after snapping his leg 26miles into his 30miler.....so he'll be there by the time i order a taxi...
So far i have:...
I got ran over the other day;
My legs broke;
I only wanted to walk the dog u machine!;
Marines? what are they then, fisherman?;
Any other that could get me out of the S**T when he cains my arse like the CPL on the bottom field would be much appricated:)

Nah, stick to an injured back m8 (u pulled it by diving 2 save a granny from the traffic on a zebra crossing). That way, when your m8 arrives at your house, you'll already be laid out on the sofa, propped up by cushions (don't 4get to moan/cry out alot). He'll feel bad for ya, grab u a few beers from the fridge, ring for a few girlies 2 pop round & pamper your every need. All in all, a good nite if u ask me

i dont think my 'bezzie civvy oppo' has he constantly called me needed an ego boost...after not breaking stride or a sweat on our 5.5mile run he continued to beast my arse on every wieght/machine in the gym:| nice fellow he is ....
He had us doing something called a 21 and a field run with a nice light 4kg weight (the one where u grip it with bith hands and pull? dumbell maybe) you do 7 half reps from the bottom to half way then 7 from half way to top and then 7 from bottom to top and then maxium effort with him pushing down so you just make it.....the field run was 10 curls, ten pulls (you grab the bar in the middle and pull to your grun over grasp) ten pushes from behind the head forwards and then to shoulder presses everytime you add a new one you have to do the old ones so it worked out like this:|
10 curls
10 curls + 10 pulls
10 curls + 10 pulls + 10 pushes
10 curls +10 pulls + 10 pushes + 10 presses
by the end we where "hanging out of our ring" has he put it...cpuple of mile on the bike and rower then a few more weights i stuggled with 35 where as he knocked out 10 on 50kg and didnt even need 2 breathe
the rub back was more even as he was carrying weight:P pissing show off!!!
We went to the pub tonight and he came out with some class bootie phrases such as
"the best party in NATO"
when checkin out the fems we used a loverly signialing manouvour which consited of several reference points and you use your hand to mesure....such as 4 fingers from reference 4 (the bar) is a V (vixon)!
was a class laff...cannot wait till i get into recruit training...just the simple problem of the bleedin PRMC again...be a piece of pee this time as i should of passed last time!!!!
