I just like the taste. Nah, its good for keeping your mouth moist, especially on cold days. Running on water causes my mouth to dry out and my throat to hurt.

There nothing wrong with suplements aslong as you use them correctly and phase in and out of training. Personaly I dont find lucosade etc any help and stick to diluted fruit juice when doing CV work outs.

To assist with muscle repair and growth I take protein shakes twice a day to simply increase my intake. Whilst at the gym I use a either ultimate orange [legal stimulant] or swole [creatin type product] to help acheive the results I want. Its not cheating as you still have to put in 100% effort, it does however allow you to have the correct prteins etc etc in your body to gain the maximum effect from each work out.

Its all horses for courses! Some days I start work at 6:45am and dont get home til 3am. Ill have 5 hours sleep and then its gym beforte work again! sometimes you need that extra lift wether it be a mars bar, redbull, lucosade.

I do not however recommend anybody try anything that is either not legal or not reasearched by themselves completely.
