just passed prmc

Post by Petefox19 »

at last, passed my prmc on the second attempt today. its a big relief just to get it out of the way. the bottom field was even worse than before with the weather being so hot. just about to go and get hammered to celebrate the fact that i've taken the first step.

Well done Pete on taking the first step. But when the going gets tough just remember to take one step at a time!

the only major difference was the 3 mile changed a bit. instead of doing all 3 miles grouped, this time it was 1.5 miles grouped and then at your own pace. i will probably get a start date in september cos summer leave coming up.
