Be a love and show her where the caps lock is.
Or is she still" tired and emotional" after the Presidential First Lady Birthday Celebrations?
Either that, or she thinks all bootnecks are deaf bastards

I came a cross this quote on amazon by Nigel Foster who wrote The Making of a Royal Marine Commando:
Influence of Royal Marine training on the English rugby team
If you want to see what efect this training has had on the team, watch how they can now suddenly explode into action. . . how they don't slacken off until the final whistle blows. . . and before the game has started, the (relatively) calm expression on their faces as they walk down the tunnel.
I remember seeing a picture of the team on a mud run but wondered if anyone knows more about what they were up too. When I was in training the British Judo team nipped in for a bit of phys and Elvis Gordon (heavyweight) picked up one of the fighting orders that he'd seen us flying around the bottom field in and his eyes nearly popped out of his head :o Then there was the time some Aussie SAS lads had a crack at the endurance........

...whatever they were up too there I'll bet it was just the lightweight running around type of stuff - not the real tests of character like the Eros (lord of the lard) eating challenge and other assorted exploits......

Like "How many nods can you fit in a fire trench" or How many woolly pullies can you fit on a nod"
Recent conversation tells me of at least five ex Royals who joined Aussie Sas( not at the same time, obviously :P )
Two words describe all that is bad about Aussie sportsmen. Leyton and Hewitt. What an absolute pratt. He is a total waste of space. If anyone ever needed a good slap, it`s this dickhead. The recent Oz cricket tour of the West Indies had even the most fervent Aussie rags calling their behaviour "boorish"
The recent lesson in "how the game of Rugby should be played" has been quietly forgot by the media, down here. Some papers did manage a full paragraph, well almost.

Sportsmanship isn`t about winning or losing. It`s about how you play the game.
Or is that just a British thing?
Laugh now Poms, but there's alot lot of time between now and the World Cup!!!

Well, in my day Harry it was how many upside down nods in a fire trench  not for the claustrophobic...as I remember from one particularly audacious attempt at the record :o

I heard that all the the Kiwi press could come up with was how ugly the England team are....but its a pity that the Kiwi team all look like Tarzan and play like Jane  Back to CTC and we had a little game on the top field resulting in nine players ending up in sickbay (cracked ribs for yours truly) - there wasn't much technique or flair on show but balls and grit a'plenty

Don't think it was the former Royal contingent of the Aussie harry black maskers squad who had a crack at the endurance - as a reliable source implied their fortitude was somewhat lacking - mind you it was raining.

Hope all's well down there mate - enjoy it (as no doubt you are)

Great stuff El Prez

Didn't they bomb a bit in the last world cup though? Perhaps they were worn out - bless 'em, either that or the PTI's went a bit easy on them

On a more serious note though, I always thought that if I'd had an ounce of sporting talent then I would have been unstoppable after a spell at CTC. The committment you have to show there is indescribable.

Harry, if the press has gone quiet over there, you could always have a skeg at what Bob Dwyer (former Aussie coach) thinks about the England team......
