There was some lads who played with muscle enhancing stuff but they had big upper bodies but couldnt pass a bft ,they started to eat wierd stuff like egg white ,but they started to lose the plot and got booted out!!!

Those pictures are just wrong. Everything is f@#k up and beyond proportion. Also, "steroids" shorten your life and basically f@#k your body up beyond belief. Growth comes from rest, workout and most importantly diet. Also, 'roids make you work twice as hard and for what? A f@#k up liver, baldness, small balls, bitch tits and any other effects of your body trying wapping up your bitch hormones to counter all the shitty growth hormones you pumped into it.

Anyone know what happened to Ginge Wilkins, ex PTI, who was well into bodybuilding, I used to train with him. When he left the corps he later surfaced on TV trying to sell steroids to a reporter.
Wish I had seen that one!

Ginge had all the normal problems big top end with match sticks for legs. He had to ahve his knees done and it took him a lot of years to build to a fitness to pass the PTI course.

Nah, I've just read some stuff on nutrition. I don't know enough to build a strong arguament but what I have read about them isn't encouraging.

If I remember, Ginge became one of Devon and Cornwall's finest, I recall him as a Probationer at Charles Cross, Plymouth, he wrapped after about a year and I think rejoined!

Must be him, built like Arnie with ginger hair.......surely there cant be two!

There can't be two is about right, though I doubt he is still one of the finest after he appeared on TV selling steroids.
