Dan!! you`ve shyte it now, you missed the most important person off you goodbye post,"YORKIE" Mr CTC himself, best send him a PM and grovel like hell, now.....best of luck, and like Chester said, "your joining the best family in the world", if you want to become one of the few, the very proud, you have to take all the crap that will be thrown at you, and remember, they ain`t doin it to pish you off, its done for a reason, all ya go to say is, "I`m a rubber duck, you can`t crack me", and like El Prez said, see you on yomp 30 2004, remember you offered to get the wets in, but if you forget, I`m sure WE will remind you, chin up, and become one of the family,

Yours Aye

Sticky, Dan`ll be sat typing all this in in a few years time, as the time weathered bootneck, giving advice to all the wannabee`s, swinging the lamp, and doing 30 milers just for the fun of it :o Dan, Go forth and multiply, or in other words, (F*"K off to CTC) and don`t forget to keep us all posted on your progress :drinking:

Hello! Just grabbed a quick 30 mins on the chapel computers to say hi to all you lot. It's Sunday afternoon and i'm replying to a few e-mails before cracking on with some admin. And hows it going? So far, fairly enjoyably. The phys is tough, there's loads of admin, and sharing a room of 60 is pretty annoying (and vaguely smelly) but the lads are great and it's brilliant to be finaly doing it. Feels like i've been here for years but i've just started Week 2  One lad has left already, a few have picked up injuries which was quite surprising.

Did the Count pass PRMC? Didn't have time to see them. And good luck to Cronkilla who has his PRMC this week I believe? Anyway, speak in a bit chaps!

Hi Dan

Pleased to hear you're still breathing.

So some are falling by the wayside, well don't be surprised, many more will join them in the bin before you Pass out.

The trick is to remember if a bunch of sad old duffers like us could hack it, ( and it was really tough in our day ) then you should have no probs at all.

Just don't let the bastards grind you down, and keep smiling, because they'll ignore you if they think you're a bit simple,

well it worked for me!
Archie.

Another Sunday afternoon, another brief respite from a mountain of admin! We lost another lad this week due to a broken ankle :o Moving into the accomodations tommorrow, which will be great. So far...very hard, but you couldn't pay me to be anywhere else! But of course i'm still in foundation, the pain hasn't even begun yet!
