Hi

I've currently got a small-time SF Website and message board.

However, I havent got any members for the message board and I need a way to get them.

Now, obviously I'm not going to spam them all over these boards, but I'm wondering if anyone knows any websites which lets you list your website on their search engine, for free. (Or anything similar to that)

Thanks - 0din

Are you using meta tags within your html coding?

OK, Ive used like a forum wizard to do it, so it's done through a website and by logging in I get the admin privilages to add boards or whatever.

But if I add a line of code at the top (meta tags) will the forum be listed in various search engines?

Spiders known as search engines crawl the web searching for new and existing websites.
The spiders looks for this bit of code known as meta tags.
When the spider finds the code, your site will be added to its database.
