Around June is when i'm looking for, but i may try and get sooner it depends on my fitness, the AFCO and whatever i'm doing with college at that time.
Wilson arn't u looking to do POC though and not PRMC?

Yea i wanna get me some of those A3s, if they work for you guys then they'll do for me!
I just been to argos to get me some weights (York weights - 2 X 1.1Kg, 2.3Kg and 4.5Kg) cost me £14.95 and i think there prety good for the price. I'm gonna start adding a couple of high rep lifting session into my weekly schedule - its getting harder and harder to keep the program organised with rest/recovery periods, and such, lol.

:o ... i'l give it a miss for now i think  , i'm not really going for the Arnold Schwarzenegger look.

what sort of reps am i looking for to do endurance, currently for example, one of my sessions is -
- Weight exercises - Biceps & Triceps - 2 X 40 Bicep curls (2.3 Kg weights) & 2 X 40 Tricep kickbacks (2.3 Kg weights). (This would then usually be followed by a 3 mile run)
Is that ok to start with on the weights? or is it gonna pack me out like Arnie?

any exercises where reps are kept to 20+, you should not pack out or gain weight at all...

Another three good exercises are Tricep Presses, Alternate Shoulder Presses and Lateral Raises.
Use a weight that is right for you, there's no telling, everyone is different.
Would recommend starting of with 3 sets of 25 reps.
Remember to keep a 30-60 second break between sets.

Cheerz Jay,

One more question -
I'm only doing one session a week on each muscle group along with the rest of my schedual (based on the RMR one) is this enough to make a difference? I will try and find space for more if a have to.

Might be wise to train the same muscle groups at least twice a weak.
As long as your training a minumum of 3 days a week, you'll be fine. :)

I thought my 15Kg's were small, I try and do 60 reps of those military presses, they seem to help with the Push ups...

I've been considering moving on from the Gynae industry, and believe me it is an industry, into the specialisation known as plastic surgery. Why do they call it that? Every time I've applied hot plastic to Nurse, in test conditions, she has burst screaming from the room. I'll see what I can come up with Jay, I've got a Tony Blair mask that may do as a starter kit. :P
You should talk to somebody who gives a f**k.

C'mon Parry, you can do better than a Blair mask, last thing i want is for my limbs to be hacked off by you mob and left on dartmoor on me jack jones! :o
Then again it could be better than the lilly savage look'a'like mask you fixed for Harry.
