I just saw some of thye Chinese surface fleet. Russia isn't a naval force we need to worry about imo. Chinese ships looked in top and perhaps superior condition to ours and their attack helicopters looked like copies of ours with better weapon systems.
We'll see how they fare in Somalia and then I'll comment further. Russia could be a great naval power again, but China appears to already be. I've not seen the Indian fleet, but have heard of it. There are two navies I'd watch closer than the Russians.
Those attack choppers caught my attention real quick. China is now filling the holes America cannot cover. China stands to make great gains too, no debt and cares nothing about the media and world opinion.
