My ADSC was nothing like theres lol, the video doesn't show you waiting for 4hours on the medical and lads fainting. It also wasn't mixed sex's.

when my brother did his medical he had a 70 year old feeling his balls so maybe thats the reason

1st interview = passed 30th june 09
2nd interview = passed 30th june 09
pre - ADSC = 17th july 09
ADSC = 5th august 09

Thanks for that Aspinall, i am currently getting well prepared for selection in 19days, im fit enough at the mo but still smashing the gym every day, i've seen alot of stuff for the ADSC but not seen these so thanks again.
