Decline of this forum!!!!

I'm guilty of lurking rather than posting,for many of the reasons stated above.I got involved in one or two dog fights with retards,people who do not want a reasonable discussion,but just find it funny to insult and denigrate people with more experience of life,both Military and Civil,than their youth could understand.The fun and banter has gone,replaced by drivel and dross,which is a great pity.

I enjoy this place and like any relationship it has its ups and downs. When its down we should say why, even if it only achieves a clearing of the throat and a moving on. Least an effort has been made.

As for Modding alone Wholley, I think your out of order there pal, ok some Mods do more than most, but effort is made.

I am a re-joiner under a different name, coz I couldn't remember my old log-in info. Like N-H, I have found a lot of experts displaying their book/internet knowledge to one and all on here. There is even an ex-national serviceman advising(sic) posters on current military tactics,kit and weapons. oh hum! I think I will just stick with popping in now and a again for a read

GOS44....I think that I am the National Serviceman that you are referring too and yes I may have been out of the Army for a long while but in the last seven years I have been invited back to my old Regiment about five times and have handled all the latest weapons, and I have even done some training with them. Yes i will agree I don't know it all but forums are for discussions and if I make an error then there should be enough people on here to correct me.
