Unit name pronunciation

hey, I no this is a bit of a bone question but its something I have wanted to know for a while now but cant find the answer (I would do a search on the site but dont know what to search for lol) well the question is how do you pronounce the unit names e.g is it FORTY commando or FOUR O commando? i am sure most if not all on the site will no the answer so thanks in advance for any replies.
