KB's

Post by tilz »

2 questions if I may :-)

1. Does anyone know if the corps publishes a list of KB's ?

2. Can anyone confirm if 666 troop is listed in the drill shed as having a Kb ?

Thanks all

1. In the Globe and Buster they generally have the article printed under ctcrm if there are any kings badgemen.

2. One, if there is any of the lads down there at the moment might be able to sneak a look, im sure you could always ring the drill shed if you have a valid reason, via the guard room and they should be willing to help?

1. Why??

2. If not then they're with JE24 which had neither a KB nor a pic in the drill shed. We must have been a bad bunch.

Behave yerself Mikey  tut
Youm`s forgetting I`se seen you as a thirteen year old when you first joined 8)
That phot of you trying to ski, on yer Red Plum trip down south. You looked wonderfull, darling
Over the years, so many things remind me of you, your little pink bod, those happy days you spent searching for the golden rivet after I told you it was in the stoker`s heads, it`s all coming back to me now....
You were working on the till at Trago Mills when I first trapped you
On the bus back to Guz, you proposed marriage and I proposed you bent over the seat in front.
They said it would never last, Mikey and we showed them they were wrong, darling, didn`t we?
It lasted till the bus got to Guz :P
You couldn`t sit down for a week, as I recall :-?

Thanks for all the replies chaps, reasons are, chad as they may seem I was the KB for 666 troop (1993) and had no evidence of this except for my certificate.

Suspected we had been 'missed' off the board in the drill shed which was why I wanted to confirm that, bit weird that not sure if it was done on purpose or not or whether we can get it resolved

Tp number was great as you can imagine we joined on the 6th Sept passed out on a 6th aswell , had two lads in the troop called Damien :-)

Another dit on exercise in Dartmoor Suggy Sugden and Steve Amphlett threw some thunderflashes and burnt down a large area of Dartmoor , we had to beat it out with our jackets and when we had to report it the name of the tor was 'Devils Tor' we found it funny anyway !!

I also believe our plaque wasnt allowed in the church , it was a picture of a nod with 666 tattoed on the forehead written underneath was 'may you be in Heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're there' if anyone has seen this and has a phot please let me know

So I think CTC did everything to try and pretend we didnt exist , hence not being on the board, kind of a nice weird dit but makes me look like a liar when my mates sons now join and say '666 is not on the board so you are lying' little b*stards :-)

Still love the corps !! still keep in touch with a load of lads that I served with (left in 1999 after 14 dislocations of my shoulder) seem to be getting more corps p*ssed as I get older, 10 of us went off to Berlin a few weeks ago all ex 42 k coy had a ball anyway enough from me :-) Mike PM to you with my email thanks for your help
