NO GP Questionaire for the RAF?

Post by RAFReghopeful »

Is there no GP Questionaire in the RAF in order to apply like there is in the Army? The reason I ask is that I am coming from Canada on a Visa to join, and have already recieved the Army GP Qest. in advance and had it filled out here in order to save time. I am wondering if the same thing exists in the RAF, because if it does I will get it in advance also.

Thanks guys.

I would think The RAF would have a GP questionnaire due to the fact that if you are comeing from another country they would have too find out much more about you.
If you are determined enough to do something, then you will succeed at anything.

I just figured that one service would the the same as another and just as the Army had the questionaire so would the Air Force. But then again there is no mention of one on the RAF careers site.

I mean I am physically coming to apply, not making an overseas application, as I am of UK Origin and can get a Visa easy. So they will be free to examine me just as they would any applicant, I was just wondering if the processes were different. I would hate to have the GP Questionaire done for one and get the the UK to find I needed another!

Anybody who is in, or has gone through the RAF Recruitment should be able to answer this for me.

Thanks!

I do seem to remember taking a form to my GP to be filled in, cos the stupid cow behind reception lost it, and it sat in a pile of other paperwork for about 3 weeks and nearly held me back from joining up when I was supposed to....
