Well thanks to the guys who have stood up for me and given advicehear and thanks to the guys who didnt.

There are no hidden tales to my story what you read is what you get.

I no what i needed to do so didnt need peeps telling me im a lazy twat but hey thats the mentallity of alot of ppl nowadays.
Ive had nuff family in the regs so i no how they feel bout TA and ive got enough mates in iraq and afghan who work with them. We may not be the most loved part of the british army but its a needed part. When you get shot and a TA CMT comes to save your life i can g'tee you aint gunna be talking like that.
I was asking merely for advice on my rights thats all.

In the end i no its up to me to get sorted and i will i have no lack in motivation what so ever. Im now down to 13 mins which is a long way to come from 17 in such a short time and Im now clocking 40 summat push ups and sit ups.

Ive spoke to the SSM and it now been sorted. All ive gotta do is my 2 weeks ATR/CMSR again which is fine by me.

Any how thanks again to all who replied to the post wheather it be good or bad.

Glad to hear things are working out for you, whatever you do don't buy some stupid gadget like I did awhile back called "6 second abs" fcuking thing is useless even on the 75lb resistance setting :(

Now got me some anti-gravity boots so I can hang upside down and do crunches like that, proving to be the hardest ab exercise that can be done, bit worrying at first too as you're wondering if the chin up bar will come loose or boots fall off, broken head or neck for sure if so :multi:

I digress.

Hello,

Am confused, you have to do CMSR again? I thought you were part of the recruit training team? Your CMSR is only 18months old isnt it? Surely PFT and CFT would suffice? Your unit have funny ways of doing things...

This is the F**ked up thing i cant get my head round tom. I have done my cmsr last june passed out flying high no probs.

What happened tho is after your cmsr you do continuation training which were known as GAP weekends normally 4 of them. I did the first 2 but then all this stuff happened and i had a few months off to sort it out than when i came back in Jan they had changed the sylabus.

Now what you do are 6 weekends b4 the CMSR now known as RTC weekends. This get you ready for the CMSR. Then once you have passed out thats it your ready to be trooped.

Because i had this time of to sort out my family and missed the GAP they first said they would get me booked on the relevant courses to gain my training which were CBRN and First aid. Then said that i could do this and said i would have to do the 6 weekends. Now they have changed there mind and said i have to do all the 6 weekends plus the cmsr as my 2 week camp for this year.

So short n curlies ive kind in limbo as they couldnt decide what to do with me so hear i stand having to do it all again.

Re the RRTT i work as part of the team coz they have no were else to put but as ive got the experience and have even passed my DITS intructors coarse i can help out by doing lessons.

All messed up init man thats why ive been taring my hair out! :drinking:
