The first Op into Now-Zad the 3 Para patrols guys were getting shot at by a Talib in a wheelbarrow who was being pushed along by his mucker. :o

That is actually me on the left, where the hell did you get that photo from.

There was one ANP one the Hill at Nowzad who was fruity as f*ck, and I think if the Fusiliers spent any longer up there then so would they be. But that wouldn't make any difference to there Mortars Platoon, they were already that way
Just one for mate, are you being aloud to wear the ISAF medal as well as the OSM

Sorry mate but the ISAF gong isn't ratified for uniform wear!
Like most peeps i've got both but only the non-nato can be worn. Shame really as I was going to impersonate that mad yank general character from the old Kenny Everett skit at the next fancy dress do but as it stands I think I'll manage without it! :lol:

No we can only wear the Afgan one as well, just rumour control saying "3 Para can wear theres"

I will have to wait till Im down the Legion in about 20 years. :drinking:
