Well when i was little i used to put my arms through a carrier bag and have it behind me and jump down the 15 steps, they could try that with a few black bags. :lol:
Before you insult someone, first walk a mile in their shoes, that way when you insult them, you are a mile away and you have their shoes.

had a mate in 3 para was ex 2nd rep, he had photos of their tranasium type course, it was over water and they had harnesses on, ? greenronnie you might know him, think he ended up a cssm,2 para was ex 3 para ptls, was a good bloke.

I'm impressed with the reply's to this topic, I don't actually have a fear of height's, the point i was trying to get across was like the post about the firemans pole, sometimes it's the smaller thing's which can catch you out. Watching the video of the high level course, I just couldn't believe that every one got through it with ease!

Dont worry about the trainasium lads, i was scared of height however the trainasium overcame my fear.The best advice on the shuffle bars is just relax and take your time getting across the obstacle
