Well that time has come people, i have my first interview at the AFCO tomorow, is it going to go all pair shaped or am i going to stun them with my fantastic persona and my loveable personality, haha, lets be hoping thats going to happen cause i have a strange feeling i am going to freeze im not goin 2 have a clue what i am going to say i think i have a sorta good idea of what i need to know, i just know that i have never wanted anything so much in my whole life than this right now, it is the best time to do it 21 year old (soon to be) qualified psychiatric nurse! Aaaaa im just very nervous!

hehe don't worry rach just make sure you know about your training and your trade as well as where the RAF are involved at the moment (iraq etc)

When you shake there hand make sure you keep eye contact.

Just be yourself, what i did was talk for ages about myself so that the interview went on for a long time :P

I went on, and on, and on (this post could go on too), and I managed it. Although afterwards got told not to go on quite so much.

Basically, as long as you know about NATO, the UN, and what the RAF are doing as a force at the moment, you'll be fine. And things about your trade too!

haha, right, had my interview he couldnt tell me how it went said he would send the report via fax but he sssh said that he is 99.9% certain that i would be hearing from them with a date for my medical and he would provisionally book the medical but the medic is currently on holiday in the bahamas, haha, i forgot osama bin ladens name and andrew took your advice he shook my hand when i left and i gave him direct eye contact! so i should find out in a few days whether they want me or not!
