Thinking of buying a house

Hi everyone just looking for a bit of advice, i'm thinking of buying a house and i found a leaflet floating about at work wth this housing scheme = http://www.forceshousing.com/ . it got me interested but i don't know anyone who has seriously looked into it and not really knowing much about buying a house yet, i haven't got a clue. Has anyone on here looked into using this scheme and what's your opinion, worth doing ? Thanks

Can you be sure that if you buy a house that you will always be stationed near by, if not you will have to sell up each time you move camp which will set you back thousands every time.

without reading anything it's saying and not to be mislead,

there are a few things that stand out immediatley,

Workers Housing Solutions Ltd, is the companies name, and Shared Equity ltd is the other half.

here are the first companies previous names.

If I was dealing with a business on home products I would not have expected them to have tried to trade in diagnostics amongst other things, and 3 name changes in 2 years in excessive. Sounds like a company that doesn't know what it wants to do.

Shared Equity is the other company and started 2 days ago, which is sending the alarm bells ringing immediatley

And this has what to do with the military?

Well for one i'm in the military and two it states it's a forces housing only scheme so theres two reasons to do with military. Or have i got to talk about big green tanks and big grey planes to post ?

Cheers for your imput GreyWing interesting information you have there, still though it does sound like a good scheme. I want a house close to home anyway, i don't plan on beeing in the military all my life, the moneys to crap for what we do, just gonna see the world a bit then bang out.
