Has anyone got a copy of Simon Bywaters Forced Out book which I could lend or buy? Or does anyone know where I could purchace a copy?

I've looked everywhere for this book and have even e-mailed the publisher all to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated.

There's a hardback copy on Amazon but they say it'll take 4-6 weeks to source a copy. £14.99 and no guarantee of finding one.

But Amazon don't take money from you until they find one so that's a positive point.
