RORRS

Post by telemarkhero »

Quick one does anybody know wether you can get taken off your scc if you get a bad (C/D) rorrs report while your waiting to attend. As I managed to have an argument with my hod, and i've been told that you can loose your seiniors over this . :( No not the argument but the bad grades.

I doubt it but speak to someone in the clerks or phone drafty as I have never come accross this scenario before. If you have been loaded onto the course it could be more difficult.

A little behind the power curve I know it's a slightly expired thread, but here's the gen dit. Once the Promotion Board select a rank for command training, which is based on merit, experience and potential (this info being gleaned from the RORRs pack) he is then loaded for the relevant command and specialist cses. A sub standard RORRs post his selection be an extremely bizarre piece of behaviour from your reporting officer, but would have no impact upon your command training. Vindictive and weak officers have a habit of doing this, it's a loathesome and disgraceful act. It would have to be a serious matter for it to have any impact on your SCC (Courts Martial, CO's Orderly Room etc). If you've got any more questions out of that, then PM me and I'll give you a more complete low down.
