42 just come back from Norway, J Coy is in Afgan.
CSG has just come back from Norway.
Havnt got a scooby what the rest of Brigade is up to.
I take it you want this information for your interview with the AFCO.

Go to the AFCO an hour early, they are bound to have a G&L on the tables.

42, 45, CSG, Cdo Logs - well, pretty much all of Brigade less 40 are in Norway or have just returned. Elements of 40 also there. Not sure what the rest of 40 are up to. After Easter the whole Brigade will be involved in prep for ops training, ready to deploy to (most likely) Afghan after Summer.

Medicals tomorrow mate, i can do the PJFT aswell but my calfs are really tight at the minute and i can barely walk let alone run. I have 28 days to do it in so next week my bro (who is in the guards) is going to give me a few days of beastings and runs, so i'll do it after that.
