I have just watched news report describing the disgraceful treatment of troops who have been wounded in one way or another while serving in the recent Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Some have even ended up waiting in A&E for ongoing treatment.
Unbelievable.What do you think?

In 1982 we had our own service hospitals so were treated by fellow servicepeople when we came back from down south.
I went to RNH Stonehouse, Plymouth. Was treated well. Now it's long gone.

Guy next door to me has just done his time, 22 years. What did he get today? Eviction order and a no hope of a council house letter on the same day. 22 years service for what? Fcuk all!
Right to buy? No, married quarters are all association housing and you have no right. He would have bought his quarter but that is a no go. There are a shed load of empty houses at Daedalus but he can't have any of them and neither can we. It just sits empty. How threaders am I? Some and then some more.
