could anyone give me hints or tips for how to improve my push ups and pulll ups for the marines please any exersises would be handy

Please use the link as this sort of info is best gained there.

You can always try pyramid press-ups .. It works ive seen and improvement to my press-ups.

what you do is do one press-up then pause for 30seconds on your knees, then do two press-ups then rest of 30 seconds. when you hit 10 or your max number. go down so if you do say 9 then you do nine press-ups pause 30 seconds then go on to set8 and do 8 pressups then pause

so you are going from 1 up to 10 then when you hit 10 you go 10 back down to 1... its hard at first but u soon get used to it.
