hello im 16 and looking for information on the general guidelines for all of the challenges in PRMC for example how many press ups and sit ups i need to achieve. What is a good target to get thanks for the help.

Hi Luke try posting this request on our other site MF&T, it has loads of info under the RM discussion area and you may find what your looking for.

You will find the site by clicking the bulldog logo at the top of the page , then clicking forums, then clicking the lower banner to goto military fitness and training.
