So what are you doing with a tattoo then? Isn't it illegal for tattoo artists to do them on anyone under 18?

I'll be writing off tomorrow...

I'm sure the do-gooders will turn it around though claiming 'They were only trying to keep themselves warm' - I despise the 'looney left' :bad-words:

You must have missed Sky, BBC & ITV news when they have been showing incidents of this - Nearly always seems to be pro-muslims that are doing this. I remember the last time some huge copper legged it towards them and ripped the flag off the pole they had it burning on

Must have been an ex-serviceman as it never touched the floor once, he beat it out a wall - Top bloke 8)

I would have preferred it though if he followed up with giving them a thrashing :fist:

it sickens me to see some inbred mutant burning our flag, but at the end of the day it's a bit much outlawing it isn't it? Can you seriously see the police and the government with all they have on their plates trying to get people thrown in prison for burning a flag?
We shouldn't become like the yanks with flags all over the place, we are proud of our flag but it is a humble pride carried with dignity, not the brash in yer face tacky rubbish the yanks come out with.

Outlawing the flag won't result in people going to jail.
It will be the same as other laws, such as littering.
It will allow the police rights to intervene in situations that are bordering on riotous behaviours, and the right to take other wise unobtainable details....

Anyone who burns the flag of this nation should be out on their arse as far as I'm concerned. If they despise the nation enough to burn the symbol of it, what are they doing in such a worthless awful & evil country? It is as good as bloody treason. The number of people who have died for that same flag & what it represents. I'm not one of these people who sees the flag as just a 'piece of cloth' it is a symbol.

To some it's just a bit off Silk/Cotton. But to me and a fair few others it is much more than that.

Why we don't do what the Yanks do and raise it at all our Schools each morning is beyond me. It may just get some of these Herberts to take pride in the Country they live in. Be they any Colour or any Religion.

Some lefty councils don't even fly it any more as they don't want to offend the ethnic minorities! All people who become British Citizens should be made to kiss the flag like all new Yanks do when they get their citizenship. You don't kiss it...........your out!

Well said. Having spent a lot of time in the states I have seen how many of the flag laws are a bit over the top, but this country could do with a bit more patriotism...This Britain, if you don't like the flag then F-off

I agree with that sentiment Artist.

If for example, we decided to settle into an Islamic state, we would have to obey their rules, customs, and culture. Everything short of becoming muslim would be upon us.

In some Islamic states (certain african ones), your out right persecuted if you are not islamic. And yet they have the gaul to settle into london tell British people that they have no respect for their way of life and that Britain will one day be Islamic (saw this on BBC Canada AND CNN).

The politicians must be changed.

well, I'm glad it ain't only me who feels that way aboutt he flag, hence why I fly one from my back gate. People who come to the house often ask why, I give no reply other than 'why not?' As if they need to ask why, they shalln't understand why I do. It's a sorry state of affairs when flying a flag is seen as abnormal. What happened to us?
