TA + suggestion

I noticed their is no TA area here and I think that would be quite cool if you could add it as I have only found 1 site with this and it is low quality.

TO ADMIN/MODS - I currently have my own site and I have some small hacks for phpbb such as quick reply that maybe you could make use of
