Hi Folks
I'm just fishing for some good reading titles
to add to a books section I put in my PTSD forum
(YES... I was able to get another forum going.
It's a work-in-progress, but open for biz I added
the url to it in my profile here)
How IS everyone?
I'm swatting mosquitos ... they're fogging
for them now because the type that carry
West Nile Virus are way overly abundant here,
and dead birds have the virus showing.
Manitoba Canada is best known for its
Mosquitos and long bitter cold winters OUCH
Thanks for any replies... Karmen

I thought I'd recommend the book for several reasons. First it is short, at 84 pages.
When I read it years ago, my attention span was not what it is today, so this made it more 'readable', if you will. In addition, Styron is one of the best American wordsmiths (along with Gore Vidal, in my opinion).
It is also a personal account of his depression, while other books on the topic often consists of interviews with subjects.

Also... "simplify" ... what a wonderful way to clean out
unncessary stress ... and regain a little energy and brain-power ... I've been "simplifying" for about 3 years now. It's work but worth it.
