New Carriers

I read today, that the order for these will not be placed for at least another two years due to budget cuts, the person who was going to build them was saying that with out any further orders he might just have to close.

I'd be very suprised if the navy were to lose the order for their carriers.

It wouldn't go well for 'buffhoons' new concept of lighter and more mobile forces, not to mention the economical factor of not having them built

I think the carriers are still going as planned and im led to believe this was part of the reason for these cutbacks.

the new carriers are still goin ahead as planned but building wont start till 2006 and they wont be in service until 2012
