Bit confused here , does it mean

"Discuss over 3000 pictures" literally ?

I picture some hairy arsed squaddies in a bar with a pile of pictures under them

It means that there are over 3000 images on the site and when registered a member can discuss any of the pictures with the poster of it and any other member directly below the image in question

You can down load them as a zip file when you are a member.
Find an image and click add to favourites, when you have an amount of images in your fav's folder click download.

Please read the copyright notices within the terms and conditions if you are considering using the images in any publication eg website, book etc

You don't! Most are crown copyright so you can't use them. If you get caught using them without permission your career will be over before it starts. Don't forget the name 'Royal Marines' is also copyrighted :o
