i would say get as many as you possibly can for your budget as it will show commitment to a subject, plus its allways better to have more than whats needed to show over-qualification

ok first things first, you wont be turned down for any regiment in the army whether its infantry to musician, but do expext the worst as medical records are a thing thats looked at almost first and they will see that you have been having to go to a doctor anually, so what you need to do is build up ...

you should probably try to learn some history too e.g. when they were formed, for what purpose, major conflicts they have served in.
also for the interview maybe try learn some other things such as NATO, what it stands for ect

iv had the same problem before and it was to do with the running surface. so i got some new running shoes and started running roads cos treadmills dont help with the impact like soft grass does. and also do stretches for your legs as often as possible, if your looking for strength try doing weighted...

i've had a few problems with my knee too, when i run or walk for extended periods of time i have pain under the knee-cap, so bad i have to stop harsh movement completely, its killing my training, i hope its not going to ruin my chances with the paras. what i've been doing is using ibuprofen gel and ...
