i do 100m sprints on a quite steep hill, when i first tryed it i was hanging out after 5 so had a break then carryed on, but after a week i could do ten fast walk down and straight back up, and i just add 1 rep on every week now, but just from doing that for 3 weeks now can feel the difference ...

Stokeys right, there are tons of runners who run everyday. Theres nothing wrong or silly with it. It's suggested to get 40 mintues a day of CV for fully balanced lifestyle.


CV can be just walking though, people who RUN 7 days a week have spent a while working up to it.

Rest is just as important.

A fighter won't loose 10lbs actually FOR the fight mate

Actually they will, some fighters will lose over 30lbs for a fight.

For my last fight i was walking around at 90+kg and my fight weight is 84kg so theres 13+lbs


What I meant is they won't loose 10lbs in sweat and NOT then put it straight ...

Your right about the losing weight thing, my friends do usually gain those 10 pounds back after the fight, although they do eat all the foods they couldn't whilst trianing so that could also contribute. Sweating does contribute to the losing of weight gents...but over sweating may be just a ...

been in gym today doing them on a machine where it takes some weight of for you, just hoping i can drop the support a lil everyday until me adsc

Don't bother, Lat Pulldown machine does nothing for your pullups.


Much better would be to do negatives, jump right up and let yourself down slowly ...
