I have improved on my pull ups recently which im pleased with I need to go into Argos and get myself one of those pull up bars

I usually alternate between different types of strokes, I normally do a pyramid doing 10 lengths Front crawl then 9 Lengths breast stroke 8 lengths front crawl 7 lengths breast stroke etc.

I think it varys but if you get the Green booklet (off the official web site or from the AFCO) it gives you all the details in there.

What I don't get is why do people pretend to be something their not? I would be ashamed to do something like that when I that people have had to train hard to become something like a marine and then there is just people out there who pretend.

17 at the minute, Just started my final year or A Levels but haven't done any coursework which was set due to me going gym/swimming alot - hopefully will apply sometime next year.
