I know there have been a few posts already about the structure of the course so i won't bother going over the same grounds.
All the main fitness tests - 10 pushups, 25 situps, bleeptest 9.01 and 3 miler (which is done in 22 mins) I found easy - just make sure you can hit ...

there was a lad in my troop who failed the AIB, but asked to go in as recruit and he was put on the next intake, he didnt have to do the prmc or anything, thats why he was the only guy on my troop who didnt have any issued boots.......
