thast quite good what your saying sarastro. so basically, if your not imroving on your press ups and get to around 30, then just cant do anymore, it might be because one of your muscles is not built enough? so just add a new excersise that will deal with it.

- Feel sick (nausea), normally during hard anaerobic excerises (seems quite normal though)

well, im gonna go towards to navy website and presume they are correct. but knowing them it could be out of fate info and recently cahnged. officors is 165cm i think. but 151.5 cm is small.

when i was younger when i heard of marines i alwasy had an image of 5ft tall men but really wide and stocky ...

on the royal marines website the hight requirement is 151.5 cm, and i know im way above that

damn, everyones quite big here. im 5.5, or 5.6, and i usually weight somewhere in the region of 9 stone to 9 1/2 stone. im eating 4 meals a day now.
